New Dietary Guidelines

New Dietary Guidelines for Americans have been released.

The basic messages are: 

1.  Balance Calories by eating less and avoiding oversized portions. 

2.  Increase healthy foods by making half your plate fruits and vegetables 

3.  Reduce unhealthy foods by reducing high sodium processed foods and frozen meals.

4.  Drink water instead of sugary drinks.
